The builder/developer, Jim Colahan, grew up vacationing in Sea Isle City and Avalon, and his family has invested in these communities for as long as he can remember. Since 1985, he has been investing and developing in Sea Isle City and Avalon. Both communities have and continue to be a second home to his family.

Redfern was established in the early 1990’s and is a fully licensed, New Jersey builder (Registration # 035437) with a focus on development. Redfern is a family run company with established professionals offering support on many levels from design to technology. We have been providing custom vacation homes in these family-oriented communities by developing new homes and joint ventures for existing property owners primarily in Cape May County for over 30 years.

Throughout the 30+ year span, we have developed a strong local network of real estate professionals, builders, local families and business owners. We rely on the relationships we have established with the local Real Estate Brokers and Agents and have enjoyed full cooperation with these professionals.
